My Health Records is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of My Health Records.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
